When I first read this I was a bit skeptical too.

A year later, it turns out they meant it when they said they’d be paying creators $1,000,000 daily for featured content.

Spotlight is indeed giving away this insane amount of money daily and creators are loving it.

If you can just go to YouTube right now you will see videos of people already making as much as $100,000 for 30-second videos on Spotlight.

And it is not just a handful of creators.

Turns out thousands of creators are already making thousands of dollars a day by creating content on Spotlight, going viral, and a few weeks later they receive a message from Snapchat about how much they earned.

Old TikTok Creators Are on Spotlight too. And they Are Reaping Big.

Take Kim Casey for example.

Do you know who he is?

He is a TikTok star with over 7 million followers.

Snapchat hasn’t released any info on this and as more creators are posting on Spotlight to pull money available for top videos, you could say that $100 – $1000 would be ideal depending on how well your video performs.

Don’t fix your mind on those figures though, you could get more or less money. Who knows?

Remember, this program is based on how many views one video receives in one day.

You can post a video and it takes a couple of days for a video to take off but once it does and that video reaches a certain threshold of views in one day you should receive a message from Snapchat to expect money.

Between TikTok and Snapchat, which app is better?

Snapchat gives $1,000,000 daily for the top video feature on Spotlight.

TikTok on the other hand has a $200 million pool they promised creators in 2024.

The problem is, that some people only get 2 to $0.14 per thousand views on the TikTok creator fund.

Then there is the issue of eligibility on TikTok.

There are lots of prerequisites that have to be met to benefit from the creator’s fund.

Those eligible to apply for this fund must have a set number of followers, and views, and have over 18 years.

All you have to do is post your video and if it happens to go viral and you meet the requirements for video guidelines hopefully you will get contacted with your price.
