Okay, so you’ve decided that Adsense is the way to go and you want to start making money with it as soon as possible, right.

Well, the good news is that it’s easy to get started! All you need is a Google account (which you probably already have) and then follow these simple steps to activate your account:

• First, go to the Google Adsense website and click on get started.
• Now, create a new Google Adsense account or login to your existing account.
• Enter the URL of the site that you want to show ads on (could be YouTube or a website)

Now that you have an Adsense account, it’s time to start placing ads on your site.

There are a few different ways to do this, but we will show you the most common and easiest way: adding ad code directly into the HTML of your webpage.

To start, open up an Adsense account (if you don’t already have one).

Once it opens, click on “Ads” in the top menu bar and then choose from one of these two options: “By site” or “By ad unit”

If you choose ads by site then you will need to scroll and locate your website or blog at the bottom of the page and use the edit icon to set up ads for your blog.

You can use the buttons on the right menu to activate

1. In-page ads
2. Matched content
3. Anchor ads.
4. Widescreen ads and more.

Once you are done picking the kind of ads displays you need for your website/blog, click the apply button and move to step 2.

Step 2.

Without the Ads HTML codes on your website, ads will not be shown.

How do you solve this? By creating ads “By ad unit” to get the HTML code which you can then copy and paste on your website.

To start, click on “By ad unit”

You will be directed to a new page where you can see all the ads units that have been created for your website (scroll to the bottom to find them).

And if this is your first time doing this, then you might want to first choose between:-

1. Display Ads
2. In-feed Ads
3. In-article Ads
4. Matched content
5. And search engine ads

For example, if you choose display Ads, you will be redirected to a new page showing how these Ads will appear.

When done, click the “Create” button to get the HTML code for your blog.

Copy this code and paste it on the header or footer of your blog for site-wide Ads.

Or, you can paste it on specific pages to display ads on those pages.

Much as Adsense may approve your account fast and easily, there is no guarantee that you will make money with this method if you don’t produce consistent content and if you don’t get traffic to your content.

Remember, Adsense pays through these metrics :

• Revenue per mile (RPM).
• Cost per click (CPC)

1). Pageviews (RPM).

You will start making money when: (Number of clicks x CPC)/1000 = $X amount.

You can start monetizing your website or blog from day one and start earning some extra cash on the side, but with time, you can start earning a full-time living from your blog. (Remember to be consistent.)

2). Number of clicks per day (CPC)

You will start making more money when the number of clicks per day increases.

Remember that Adsense is just one way to start making money online.

For example, if your CPC is $5 and you get 10 clicks in a day, then your earnings will be $50 per day.

Does This Program Accept Anyone Who Applies for an Account?

No. Adsense can either accept or reject your application for an account.

After WordPress is installed, you will need to choose a theme for your website or blog.

There are many free and paid themes available, but I recommend using HitMag Theme (Free on WordPress) because it is SEO-friendly and has a lot of features that other themes don’t have.

Once you have chosen a theme, you will need to start creating content for your website or blog.

You can start with a few pages and/or posts that you think will best suit your audience, but remember to add new content on a regular basis so Google sees your website as an active one (i.e., not abandoned).

Also, make sure your blog/website has an about us page, the home page, and privacy policy before reapplying for Adsense. These three can impact if your Adsense account is accepted or rejected.
