To try to change these narratives and how letters/parcels are revived in Kenya; POSTA Kenya, in partnership with UPU, Startupbootcamp, Microsoft, Ministry of ICT, Safaricom, and other local telecoms, has come up with a simpler and convenient solution.  Mpost.

Mpost คืออะไร

Mpost which means mobile post office is a service by Posta Kenya that enables you to use your phone number as a formal postal address. With Mpost, you get access to Postal services through your mobile phone.

Why should you use this service?

For convenience, you will receive a text message on your phone when mail is received at the post office. Better yet, Posta Kenya can deliver your mail to your house, office, or wherever you ask at an additional cost.
