To try to change these narratives and how letters/parcels are revived in Kenya; POSTA Kenya, in partnership with UPU, Startupbootcamp, Microsoft, Ministry of ICT, Safaricom, and other local telecoms, has come up with a simpler and convenient solution.  Mpost.

Mpost là gì?

Mpost which means mobile post office is a service by Posta Kenya that enables you to use your phone number as a formal postal address. With Mpost, you get access to Postal services through your mobile phone.

Why should you use this service?

For convenience, you will receive a text message on your phone when mail is received at the post office. Better yet, Posta Kenya can deliver your mail to your house, office, or wherever you ask at an additional cost.

Your mail may sometimes get lost. Most solve this problem by guaranteeing the security of all your mail.

2. You will be redirected to a mobile page with new registration, physical address linkage, request for mail dispatch, and change postal code options.
3. Chọn tùy chọn 1 để đăng ký
4. Nhập số ID của bạn
5. Nhập mã bưu chính ưa thích của bạn
6. Enter Agent’s number or agent’s phone number. If not applicable press 0 to continue
7. Trả tiền Ksh. 300 cho Mpost đến Tập đoàn Bưu chính Kenya được đăng ký

Nếu thanh toán không thành công vì bất kỳ lý do gì, hãy sử dụng Mpost số thanh toán 506500 – account number (your mobile number).
